Houston, Texas – Houston Mechatronics Incorporated (HMI) announced the appointment of Nicolaus Radford as interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Radford temporarily succeeds Matt Ondler, who has submitted his resignation to the Board of Directors. The Board has accepted Mr. Ondler’s resignation and has initiated a search to identify a permanent Chief Executive. Mr. Ondler co-founded and served as President and CEO for the company for the last five years. This change comes as the company’s focus transitions from technology development to deployment of commercial products. “It has been a wonderful experience, but this is a good time for me to exit and seek my next challenge. I look forward to tracking HMI’s progress in the future.” Mr. Ondler said.
Nicolaus Radford is co-founder of HMI and presently serves at the Chief Technology Officer.
