New website!

Business has been pretty crazy over the last few months!  We have just about doubled our headcount since April and have made considerable strides in all of our technical developments around the company.  4 years ago, when HMI was first formed, the company’s mission was simple:  Use our engineering talent to solve complex problems for our customers through our expertise in automation and robotics.  Since that time we have refined and transformed our mission.  Today, we are laser focused on building technology and deploying it in the field with our staff.  We find the most value in vertically integrating our business.  It’s better for us and better for our customers.  We announced our signature product, Aquanaut, in May at the Offshore Technology Conference and Aquanaut is a perfect example of the benefit of full value stack ownership.  Aquanaut, on it’s own, is a transformational product, but by coupling a service component to the technology we are disrupting industries that are overdue for change.

The launch of our new website is the first of several new developments for HMI.  In the coming weeks and months we will be unveiling more an more information about Aquanaut and some new exciting technologies that we are working on.  Stay tuned!

As always, feel free to drop us a line if you have any questions about us and how we may help your business.

Modern perceptions vary greatly from the technology’s portrayal in 1960s-era sci-fi — and with good reason. As our capabilities continue to advance, robots are increasingly becoming part of people’s […]
